Shipping

Once your shipping label has been printed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. Still can’t find it? Reach out to us at support@precisionparts.com.au and we’ll help you out.

Please note: once tracking is issued, we are unable to cancel your order, reroute the parcel, or change the shipping address.

Orders are processed and packed during standard business hours (Monday to Friday). Most orders are dispatched within 7 business days of confirmation.

If the item you ordered is not currently held in stock in Australia, it will be sourced directly from the Ranger Point Precision warehouse in the USA. This process generally adds 2 business days for freight to reach our Australian warehouse, after which your order will be shipped to you via tracked courier.

All domestic orders are shipped via tracked courier services on standard delivery.

International Shipping – New Zealand

We offer tracked air freight shipping to New Zealand, which is quoted at checkout.
Delivery time typically ranges from 1–2 weeks, depending on how your local customs authority processes imports. 

Note: Import duties, GST, or VAT must be paid by the recipient prior to delivery. These charges are not included in our prices.

Shipping Notes

  • Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

  • Weekends and holidays are not counted as shipping or processing days

  • Tracking is provided for all shipments

Returns Policy

Before placing your order, please ensure you’ve selected the correct item(s). If you’re unsure about fitment or specifications, contact our Customer Service team Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (AEST) at support@precisionparts.com.au — we’re here to help.

Ranger Point Precision includes clear “FITS” and “DOES NOT FIT” guidance on every product page to help you order the right part for your lever-action rifle.

That said, due to manufacturing variations — particularly on rifles made between 1950 and 2024 — we cannot guarantee perfect fitment in all cases, especially as many rifles were hand-fitted at the factory.

We accept returns for most parts unless otherwise stated (e.g. items with a “No Returns” checkbox such as some stock sets).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in brand new, unused condition

  • It must be returned within 30 days of your order date

  • It must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged

  • Items received that show signs of use, installation, or modification may not be eligible for a refund.


All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which helps cover handling and inspection costs. This will be deducted from your refund.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “No Returns” at the time of purchase

  • Products that have been modified, damaged, or installed

  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window
