This warranty covers RPP parts for the lifetime of the original purchaser, excluding cases of: Intentional abuse or neglect Unauthorised modifications or alterations Damage caused by incorrect installation or use Normal cosmetic wear (e.g. finish rub or discolouration) Exposure-related damage (e.g. rust from water, flame, or environmental factors) Purchases made second-hand or via unauthorised resellers (e.g. eBay, private sales) If a defect is found and approved, we will replace the part with a new one, or provide store credit if a replacement is not available.
