This warranty covers RPP parts for the lifetime of the original purchaser, excluding cases of: Intentional abuse or neglect Unauthorised modifications or alterations Damage caused by incorrect installation or use Normal cosmetic wear (e.g. finish rub or discolouration) Exposure-related damage (e.g. rust from water, flame, or environmental factors) Purchases made second-hand or via unauthorised resellers (e.g. eBay, private sales) If a defect is found and approved, we will replace the part with a new one, or provide store credit if a replacement is not available. What's Covered: All manufacturing defects Failures due to faulty materials or workmanship What's Not Covered: Stripped or broken fasteners from over-torquing or incorrect tool use Finish wear from normal use Environmental damage (oxidation, rust, etc.) Parts not purchased through our store or authorised resellers
